MitroFresh started in 2008 as mushroom supplier with exotic premium quality mushrooms. Nowadays we supply the finest delectable mushrooms, vegetables, roots and fruit that nature has to offer. We offer customised solutions for packaging and palletising. And transport and distribute all over the world. Fast, fresh and customized! That is our motto.

We serve the entire chain by investing in sustainable and innovative (cultivation) locations in Europe. We supply to wholesalers, retailers, catering companies and the hospitality industry, and like to let our customers, business associates and employees experience our products by regularly cooking in our modern cooking experience facility. 

We’re looking for a new colleague:

Sales Representative

Fulltime
(1x Chinese speaking and 1x German or French speaking)

Main tasks:

• Sell to existing and potential new clients to meet realistic targets;
• Creating, developing and maintaining excellent relationships with clients through a consultative sales approach;
• Develop and maintain a customer database, generate and qualify leads, source and develop client referrals;
• Ensuring that all sales administration is completed to a high standard in a timely manner.

Requirements:

• Knowledge of relevant computer applications;
• Knowledge of principles and practices of sales;
• Knowledge of customer service principles and business principles;
• Experience in the food branch would be nice;
• The ability to work both independently and as a team player;
• A tenacious “can do” approach to work;
• Good planner and organiser;
• Flexible and adaptable;
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English;
• Excellent verbal and written communication in Chinese (Mandarin & Cantonese), German or French;
• Good negotiating skills.
