Logistics Employee

What are you going to do?

We’re a fruit packaging company located in Poeldijk. We’re looking for a new colleague in our logistic department who will have an important role in the logistics process. As a logistics employee, you will be responsible for loading and unloading pallets, collecting orders and storing these orders at the correct location in the warehouse. You also make sure your colleagues are equipped with materials and sometimes use a lift or reach truck.

What should you be sure: 

• you do as much work experience as possible in the world of fruit and vegetables;
• you make sure that the pallets are brought to and from the storage locations; 
• you know exactly where the pallets should be brought by using the hand scanner; 
• You have a valid lift or reach truck certificate and have experience
• You have a good command of the English language

What do you need? 

• reach truck or truck experience and a certificate; 
• flexibility; you are going to work in changing services; 
• reliability, you make the difference, without your presence we cannot deliver our products to our clients;
• you have to be able to work with temperature differences, you work in refrigerated rooms (temperature between 3 and 12 degrees);

Shift schedule/ Working hours:

There is work being done in a 2 shift from 6.00am to 14.00pm and 10.00am to 18.00pm.

What do we offer you?

• Gross year salary: From €22000, - to €26000
• Hours per week: 38
• Type of employment: Temporary with a view to fixed
